Red and cyan (a light blue) will make purple.

However, when mixing colors, it is best to stay with "primary colors" so you will not end up with what we call "mud."

Cyan is really not a primary color of blue, so you may experience some off shade of purple.

It will, essentially, be a purple or violet, depending on how much of the paper shows through.
