I'm a Guiness girl myself. Went to Dublin once on a one way ticket and twenty dollars in my pocket, just to hang out at it's brewery.

Blue Moon is the bastard stepchild of Belgium goodness. Go for a real wheat beer and get a Hoegaarden, Leffe Blonde or if you want American Wheat an Allagash White. But please, put the Blue Moon down and walk away from it. Stupid Coors product, why must you defile wheat beers?!?!
Better yet go for an Ommegang Witte or Ommegang Hennepin.
For you question, I'm in love with stouts at the moment. Great Lakes Barrel-Aged Blackout Stout is out of this world. Aged in bourbon barrels for several months this stout has hints of bourbon "smoke" and flavor all through out. I also love a good Kalamazoo stout from Bell's... Is anyone else thirsty?

I like Fosters, and enjoy Moosehead, as well... On the cheap, Miller High Life is not bad...Several years ago, I got to try a beer from Africa, made there by German brewers that had migrated, at least that is what I was told. The name of the beer was Tusker, green bottle with a picture of a large elephant on the label...Was very good beer, but have not been able to find it again locally... Bottoms up !!!!!!!!

Yes, Blue Moon is one of my favorites, with a slice of orange.
They also have Full Moon, a seasonal white ale. Try it before it leaves the shelf.
Also, some good bottled Hefeweizen:
(with a slice of lemon)
Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier
Paulaner Hefe-weizen
And last, another favorite brand is Fat Tire:
Sunshine
Mothership Wit
Blue Paddle
1554
Abbey
Trippel

Any of the Mendocino brands... (particularly Red Tail Ale) are quite provocative.

Sierra Nevada Ale deserves special mention also:

Then again, let's not forget Samuel Adams. Their winter lager is mighty good.
I haven't had Blue Moon, but I can tell you that any of the above have far more flavor than anything Beck's makes.

Blue Moon is good - specially on tap.
All the miller/bud/coors types S.U.C.K.
You will eventually figure out that Guinness Genuine Draught in the can is the best beer available in America.

I'm a Guinness Lover ultimately, Double Diamond and Newcastle Brown, the darker the better for brews for me. Also like the local microbrews.

I'm a Guiness drinker hands down. If I'm not in the mood for a dark beer, I'm also a fan of Hoegaarden. I believe it is a "Belgian White Beer" Usually when I have it, it is served with a slice of lemon in it.

My favorite is Dogfish Head IPA (both the 60 and the 90 are delicious). I'm still in the process of trying out lots of styles, it can be a bit hard for me to get good things.

I am not much of a beer drinker but when I do drink I prefer the dark ales like Guinness. Killian's is okay also.

I like Samual Adams Oktoberfest, as well as Jacks Pumpkin spice ale, they are almost the same. The only bad part is you can only buy them during the fall season. Another good one to try if you never had it is new castle. But If you are in the US, you really can get any really good beers, the govt restricts the alcohol content of beers, therefor, you cant get any good ones, and the ones we do get (like guiness) does not taste the same when you get the "real" thing. Mickeys is another good one to try.
