I'm currently a blonde and get alot of attention from guys however am going to dye my hair brown- am i gonna get less? I think so, because as i know guys are attracted to light?!? lol , anyways any words from girls from both sides? Wish me luck!

when i have blonde hair i get loads of attention (and im a guy) but no and little attention with my natural brown ditch water colour of hair, HOWEVER get it done professionally!!! You dont "box product" or be skint-flint towards it or you will end up with a unbearable cheap, skanky, coppery MULLET what will be used to guide ships in to port!!!

I used to be blonde, been through every shade from bleach blonde to a 'mucky' blonde. I then decided to go brunette after getting fed up with roots.
I get loads more attention as a brunette (dark brown)
But i guess it depends on if it suits you or not because i know people who have done the same and it does not look as good as blonde!

You seriously need to wake up and smell the coffee if all you have to worry about is the amount of attention you're going to get if you dye your hair brown. Being a brunette doesn't make a woman less attractive and where is your source that you 'know guys are attracted to light'.

I've been blonde, brown and red. I got more attention when I had red hair than when I had blonde. I don't know why but some country's are more attracted to blondes because they hardly ever see them. So I think it depends.

Honestly, I've done the blond thing & didn't get nearly the amount of attention I got when being a brunette.
It all depends on how you carry yourself & the amout of confidence you have. If you "feel" like you look better as a blond or a brunette, then, that's what you should be. (personally, I felt better as a brunette, so, I had more confidence once I dyed it back)
When you feel like you look better, your confidence level goes up & that's what guys notice first......... the girl who walks in a room with her chin up, strutting her stuff b/c she knows she looks good.......... not the girl who is hunched over/cowering in a sense & becomes a wall-flower.
So, it doesn't matter the color of your hair, if you know you look good, you will attract guys no matter what color your hair is.

I've had my hair so many different colors over the years. I've received far more attention as a brunette or redhead than I ever did as a blonde.

Im a red head and the only attention i got from guys was really really negative. I dyed my hair black and the difference in attention i get really shocked me! So thumbs up for brunette hair

being brunette i still get attention alot of attention from guys.
