Need For Speed Pro Street for the PS3 has been already been released since last week.

I checked Amazon, and "Need for Speed: Prostreet" came out last Tuesday (for both PS2 and PS3)

i think it was relesed on the 9th of noverber if not it is relesed on the 22nd of november
