You can call the court, and make your inquiry as to what the penalty might be. This link might also be of some assistance.

In most states, the fine for a speeding ticket is usually a flat rate for speeding plus additional dollars for every mile over the limit. Minor or not, you need to learn that laws are there for a reason - not for you to disobey. Having just got your license, your driving experience is very limited. So why were you speeding? In court, expect a lecture from the judge and be prepared to pay the fine you will receive and try to mature some before driving any more. Where were you parents?

Penalty should be a good facial reconstruction implant with the windshiled...that'll teach you both a lesson in obeying the F'n law and introduction to Physics 101.
Stop speeding!!!!

The only thing that you could ask for is to have court supervision so your ins. rates don't go up depending on your agent. You can't really fight the ticket because it is your word against theirs.

Here's the help you need....

SLOW DOWN!

Despite what you THINK you know....you don't! Grow up and remember you share the roadways with other people who truely don't care to have you taking their lives into your hands. I know this because I'm one of the other drivers on the roadways!
