My very close friend will soon be starting Chemo...I want to make some scarfs for her...Does anyone know where to go online to look for patterns on how to make scarfs yourself? And any other great ideas would be appreciated!! :D
Thanks for all your help!

That's very thoughtful of you. Your friend is very lucky to have a friend like you.
This website has a list of scarf resources and patterns:

Here are some other sites which may have what you're looking for:

You might also try looking at arts and crafts stores like Michael's or Hobby Lobby (if you have them in your area). They usually have some books or resources for doing things like that yourself.

Being a cancer veteran, I found out that wool was itchy after I knit a couple of hats. My favorite, was a scarf made from a beautiful silky fabric, washable fabric (1 yard square) that I did a rolled hem on all 4 sidessides.

I know someone going through chemoand she soon became sensitive to hot and cold by touch. A nice pair of tihn gloves is always nice.
