Also what disciple of Jesus' men can you mostly relate to? Me, personally, I love to read the book of John. If I could be one of Jesus' disciples, I'd be John. John, the whole chapter on him he represents Love. Just like JOHN LENNON said, all we need is Love. Isn't that ironic? LOL Anyway, Love is all we need so my favorite out the Bible is John, and all the Chapters of John. What's yours?

Gosh there are so MANY!!! I especially like John 9:13-34. This is so powerful, and also shows to me that people acted the same way then about Jesus, as they do now. I hope to get the wisdom that all these disciples had through the Lord Jesus Christ.

WOW -- this is a very hard question. I love God's word so much, it's like having to pick which of my children I love the most! If I HAD to pick one, I'd choose Daniel Chapter 9. There is SO much information here. Using this Chapter, you can conclusively prove that Jesus is the Messiah; you will understand the "big picture" of God's plan of redemption; we know the Tribulation will last 7 years because of this Chapter; people living during the Tribulation can calculate the date of Jesus' Second Coming (which proves Jesus was refering to the Rapture when He said no one knows the time of His return); there's information about the national origin of the Antichrist .... and so much more! I've read it innumerable times and each time I re-read it, I feel awe and wonder. God is truly great!

Incidentally, Angelbaby7, Jesus being the Christ is the Rock upon which He would build His church.

I relate most to John because he dealt with the mystical side of the spiritual realm as well as the deity of Jesus.

My favorite chapter is in Luke, The Lost parables.

Losing a coin, sheep or a son is hurtful indeed. But the glory comes in the finding of that coin, sheep or son and celebrating it's return. That is the glory of God touching our heart. Victory over despair.

I like proverbs the best because it gives us an understanding about people. I like Paul as the best disciple because he was completely changed when he met Jesus.

You want to hear something ironic. John Lennon mocked God and two days later he was shot to death.
