Contra omnia pignora = Against all odds

Quum septies cadas octies te attollas. = When you fall seven times, raise yourself up eight times.

Added: Don't know which of the garbage online sites Brit used, but whichever it is, it reached a new low if it gave out duodeviginti as a translation for 'eight'. That's eighteen (literally, two from twenty). Well, it was only off by ten. DO NOT TRUST AN ONLINE SITE TO TRANSLATE LATIN.
