I would like to know the names of companies who make professional wedding albums. Preferably the ones that are like "board books" where there are not actual pictures that you can remove, but where they are flat and on hard pages.

We got ours done at Harvard photography in Santa Fe Springs, CA. They do all-digital photo books which sounds like what you want (i.e. the photos are laid out and then printed all together with insets and such). We were VERY happy with their work, but they are NOT cheap, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. We also went with a photographer they recommended to us which is probably a more important decision. Your album is only going to be as good as the photos within it.

Also, the nice thing about digital is that they were able to make us one large sized book for us, two smaller books for each set of parents, and one tiny "travel sized" book. All identical with the same pictures.
Good luck.

If you are a pro photographer with a business license then Albums Inc. is really great. They have awesome photo album products. Plus they can make photo albums and mount the pages permanent so they can't be removed, but still have the style and feel of real photos.

Renaissance, Craftsman and Queensbury for classic albums. Asukabooks for coffee table books.
