If you stick a penny in your shoe and let it get dirty then put it in your mouth does it really make you sick?

The whole idea sounds sick to me. Why would you do that?

It could. Feet usually have a lot of bacteria on them. Bacteria don't survive well on metal objects, like pennies, but some of them probably would.
