Oh, that's a load of nonsense! Being punished for who you are! Boohoo! I guess you should have thought about that when you signed on the dotted line. Apparently, you couldn't find another job, so you signed up, like most people, including 3 people in my family, but when you sign up, you accept the rules.

No, in the US it is a Federal Crime to smoke marijuana (regardless of State laws). Since the military is a Federal agency, the answer is definitely no.
