The PS3's controller is already something like the Wii's controller because it has the Sixaxis Motion Sensing controls, but it's not like the Wii's controller all the way.
But, there is going to be a new PS3 controller in Spring 2008 that will have the vibration and the Sixaxis controls.

No but I heard Microsoft were manufacturing a software upgrade for the wii to make it 3 times more powerful[/sarcasm]

Not tru, the PS3 is not a toy like the Wii. No valid comparison.

no well they are kinnda they are bringing out a controller with motion senors that vibrate and do some other coolthings
