I think that since Americans provide jobs for illegals mexicans we should replace Cinco de Mayo with National American apprecitation day by Chicanos. I mean its the least they can do for all the freebies we give them.

Because they don't appreciate America. They won't assimilate into our culture, even after our government grants them amnesty.

In a funny sort of way, Cinco De Mayo is a celebration of that very thing. It's a kinda bi holiday.
Freedom in Mexico as well as freedom to come and party, play and be gifted with all that one wants in the USA. Only difference is that they didn't have to use guns or go to war to get their freedom.
We allow the holiday here, celebrate it or allow it to be. I wouldn't be the least surprised if it wasn't made a national holiday soon.

Don't you watch the news ? If they do that, the cops, immigration, the Gestap.( excuse me ), and all those nice guys would be ready to catch them and deport them on the spot

They don't give jobs to Illegal aliens. They have jobs, and the Mexicans are the ones that apply.
The Mexicans are the ones who do all the miserable nasty jobs for below minimum wage.
Americans are free to compete for these jobs too.
