my hair is medium sized. i have layer cut. but i noticed some small hairs on top of my head which are way smaller then my front hairs. does dat mean i am growing more hair?

You can have new growth or you could have some broken off. Did your hair dresser, use a thinning scissors on your hair. That could cut off some shorter.

no. It just means that your hair has probably mean ripped by accident. It probably didn't happen on purpose, but don't worry. Just try to be a little bit more delicate with your hair.
