You need to get her to the vet right away! If she is pregnant, your vet can do an ultrasound or x-ray to confirm. Before the puppies are born, you will need to have an x-ray done to make sure the puppies aren't too big to be born. How old and what breed is she? Do you know when her last heat cycle was?
If she pregnant, there is a LOT of preparing you will need to do. If she isn't, can you see about getting her spayed? It is really the healthiest thing for her. Please let us know when you find out!

It could be a false pregnancy but the chances are more slim than her truly being pregnant. If you have a pregnant dog on your hands you need to a: read up on the breed of dog and what to do while she is in labor (how to make her comfortable...what to do if a puppy isnt breathing...) b: take her to the vet after the pups are born and get her spayed.

is she bleeding from her (in case kids see this answer) you-know-what? cuz if she is,that could mean its false pregnancy n shes just in heat. but if shes getting bigger and sniffing artound under things or in corners and not using the bathroom, that probably means shes pregnant. im a dog expert and sometimes if you feel their stomachs or put your ear to it,you can hear beats or kicks other than her own heartbeat. dogs are pregnant for 2 months only so you dont have long to figure out if she is or not!and if you live in AR,i would b glad to buy one! ha ha ha i love puppies! :) let me knowq if i helped!
