She was in the hospital, in coma. She couldn't hear me. I was holding her hand, my hand in hers. The last thing I said that night, knowing she couldn't hear me, was "I'm going home now mama. I'll see you tomorrow. I love you". Although she was in coma for many days, that very moment, miraculously, she moved lightly the fingers of her palm my hand was resting in. I somehow knew she was waving goodbye. She died 4 hours later.

She was going to a cookout. I said, "Love you. Have a good time and talk to you later."

I still talk to her everyday. I hope she hears me.

i love you and i always will. she died just after i still miss and love her she was my best friend as well. that was in 1974.
