I don't plan to do a lot 15 min a day. I heard that if you don't always do cardio it will be harder to to lift because u lose muscular endurance from lack of oxygen getting to the muscles. I don't plan to do so much that I will lose weight, just enough that I stay in cardio shape. Should I continue doing this

i also use prop because there are much less complications after my cycle. I am able to stop the effects with a regular cycle of armidex and clomid. I find that enthanate esters are harder to work with post-cycle wise. what did u say about t3. I've never heard of using it in post'cycle therapy.

just do some HIIT cardio 2-3x a week. you should also be taking some T3, at least 25-50 mcg/daily as anabolic/androgenic steroid use decreases T3/T4 levels.

not sure why you are bulking with test prop instead of using an enanthate ester. you do realize that with prop you need to inject every day for optimum results and no less than every other day to keep blood concentration levels stable.

Edit:
said nothing about using T3 for PCT it should be used on cycle. with decreased levels of T3/T4 insulin sensitivity is decreased which is why T3 needs to be taken on cycle.

Arimidex/clomid for PCT? yikes...i'm not even going to get into the problems with that. you should be using HCG and nolvadex for a much more effective PCT.

Most people, even the pros, drop cardio workouts during the bulking phase.because it's too hard to gain the maximum amount of muscle when doing cardio, especially for hardgainers. What you have to make sure is that your weight training is intense enough - an intense weight training session actually does stress the cardio system (most people use the term cardio lossely to actually mean aerobic activity, but weight training is a form of anaerobic activity which is still technically "cardio"). If your workout is intense enough, this should give you plenty of endurance during this phase.

Most people in the gym don't work out as intensily as they could. A truly intense weight lifting session will put a strain on the CV system. A person who is trying to gain and cut at the same time will see minimum results in both.

If you feel you must do cardio, I also recommend something like HIIT rather than traditional cardio. Though your muscle gains will be reduced by doing much cardio at all, HIIT will help in that it releases GH and reduces the utilization of muscle tissue for energy and is a form of cardio training that compliments bodybuilders well. I actually use this during cutting phases but pretty much don't do any cardio during mass gaining phases.

I do about 30 minutes of cardio total a week when I am bulking. I am a hard gainer and need to save all the calories I can. Running on a treadmill hurts me to much because its almost impossible for me to add weight as it is. Since I cut my cardio out about 3 months ago, ive gained 15lbs...so in my case it has worked well for me. We are all different and for the most part people who bulk dont do much cardio that I know personally, but some do because they have alot of trouble keeping fat off. Just depends on your body type and how fast you burn fat.

you should do about 20 40 yard sprints once or twice a week
sprints are good cardio if you do a few of them and they dont really make you lose weight unless you do it after long distance running
