EVERY dog needs:
1) At least 30 minutes of active, purposeful exercise
2) At least 30 Minutes of active romping play time
3) At least 20-40 minutes of training exercise (not all at once)
That's bare minimum. Dogs are pack oriented, they are happiest when they are with the other members of their "pack" and show less behavioral problems. In all honesty I think the minimum amount of time you should spend with ANY dog during the day is 4 hours.

As much as possible.
they should be brushed 30 minutes every day.
They should get at least 15-20 minutes several times a day
You should wallk it atleast 2-3 times a week.
Tehn just time for attention, training,ets.

Preferably as many hours as possible. Dogs are very social animals and would rather want to be with their owners, than left at home alone.

as many waking hours as you can. and having them sleep in your room gives them 8 easy hours with you.
