I don't think it's bad to be a tomboy. I've been one my whole life. I love to hike, and fish and when I was little I loved climbing trees. I know how to get dressed up and act like a 'lady' too. But I prefer my jeans and t-shirts anyday.

No. If you have a daughter who likes to play with trucks or play with the boys, who cares. Its good for her to build strong relationships with guy friends that will last through high school. Its great to have a guy friend who you can rely on that is not your boyfriend. Being a tomboy is just a phase. She will grow out of it. I was a tomboy when i was little and now im a really big girly-girl who wears pink and paints her nails and worries about how her lip gloss looks when her crush walks by. Its totally normal for a girl to hang with the guys and act like them, just make sure she has a few strong female figures in her life and shes good to go!

There's nothing wrong with it at all, and in the end you will be better for it. Just try not to forget that you are actually a girl, just one who likes things more often associated with boys. When you get older you'll find that you'll have an easier time getting along with guys, and they'll like you better after they realize they don't have a lot in common with the girly girls. At least that's the way it worked for me.

They say that many female executives of Fortune 500 companies were tomboys. Girls who are tomboys are stronger, more assertive, and consequently as they say-successful.
Nothing wrong with it. Be yourself, who cares what others think. Good for you, you're defying the social norm...

Of course not! Why on earth would it be bad or wierd? Different children have different interests - there's no 'good' or 'bad' about it.

sure some people may not like you
but you cant be liked by everyone
just be yourself youll have freinds who like you for
