I would like to lose a few pounds, but would mostly like to tone up. I have 3 little ones, so not a lot of time. What are some things I can do daily to tone up a bit? I guess I need some help with a daily exercise routine. Thanks!

you need to lift weights, do exercises cardio at least 2x a week, and eat healthy foods, no junks and stay away from soda you have to drink lots of water everyday at least 6-8 glasses a day it doesn't have to be at one shot, you have to space it.. Stay away from soda which I mentioned earlier since it has too much suger in it. Remember you are what you eat...

I think swimming ,walking and try not to sit after eating, eat healthy foods ,just like green salads,vegetables and fruits .
