Does anyone know how many kilobytes a 96-bit radio frequency identification tag holds?

96 bits won't hold a kilobyte. 96 bit tag/8 bits per byte equals 12 bytes. I'm not sure what kilobytes you're trying to hold though since the id tag is simply broadcast in response to a query by the RFID reader.
