John 13:34

Would you rather someone loved you as much as they loved themselves (many don't love themselves at all) or as much as Jesus loved you (enough to die for you)?

gorgeoustxviletemptres...~ Yes, I would. Even if I do not agree with someone being gay it does not mean they are a worse sinner then me. My oldest daughters softball coaches are both lesbians and they seem to be very nice ladies.

It means you love everyone--without question, and without judgment. And if you think that is easy, try to love a child rapist and mass murderer, the gay guy down the street, and the preacher all equally. It means love for humanity, not necessarily personal love such as that we feel for those close to us. Check out the writings of Mother Teresa.

Any blessing from God needs to be shared with others. If we can keep the blessing to ourselves, the bypass of blessing will cut back to a trickle. Romans 5.5 says that God pours out His love into our coronary heart contained in the direction of the Holy Spirit. that's important that we like one yet another and share this love each and every of the time.

By caring for them as we would care for ourselves. If you know someone or family in need of food or clothing, you help them out. If you are financial able and you know a family down and out, you help them get a home or pay their bills until they can fare better. This is love that Jesus spoke about.

The ones that don't love themselves are the ones we need to love the most.

that is a good question here. jesus while i was deep in my sins loved me enough toshow me its wrong and then gave to me repentence so i could have a relationship with him. / AND EVEN WHEN I TURNED AWAY AND ACTED foolishly and went my own way HE still drew me back to HIMSELF with loving kindness .
IF we dont have the power to love as much as we should then AND WE ASKJESUS for grace in order to help us then i am sure HE will love them through us if we let HIM,

As Jesus would love us

Lots of temper tantrums, speak in parable instead of just saying it directly, judge everyone harshly, direct your speech to one race of people, tell your Mom to shove off, etc.

It's heartwarming. Like a Michael Landon TV series.

Depends on the interpretation of love. Divine love would mean being able to cope with your own sufferings, not causing others to suffer, and helping alleviate suffering in others. We can love our enemies this way.

Love thy neighbhor as thyself (as thy self). Jesus loved us this way...your don't fully understanding what this loving others as your self means.
