I would do what I do now-live each day to the fullest and enjoy each moment. We have no guarantees of a month left to live-this moment is all we have. So enjoy each moment and don't worry about the future or the past. The future may not come and the past is well gone.

Pay off all of my bills, plan my own funeral, update my will. I'd give all the property I own to my son, the royalties I earn to my daughter, and confess my undying love to my ex-wife one last time.
I'd resign from my position at the university, and find me a 19 or 20 year old brunette with long legs and a nice rack. I'd fly her out to Italy with my savings in my pocket, see Rome one last time, and spend my final days in a villa on Capri, just like the Roman Emperor's of old.
In case you can't tell, I've thought about this before.

Gather all the money I could and fly around the world, spending at least one last day with my closest friends and loved ones, but making sure I spend the last two weeks with my family, enjoying each other. And I'd make sure every single one of them knew that I loved them (I tell them now anyway, but still), that they meant the world to me.

Quit my job and try my damnedest to finish my novel.
I'd spend as much time as I could with my kids and grandkids.
And my husband.
I would sort out all my stuff, and give away what I cared about to those I cared about.
Eat chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake for every meal.

I would travel to Tibet. I've always wanted to go - as a spiritual journey. And I would take my daughter along with me, so that I could experience it with the person I love most.

Since it's up to God where I'll be going when I die, I would strengthen my relationship with Him, which I've been doing for the past ten years.
