I have my own Bussines... Because of the economy some people are not paying what they owe, I sent them letters but no answer. I want to know how can I at least affect their credit

Get your attorney to send letters. I find this often motivates people to pay up because they think they are on the verge of being sued.

Unless you are a subsciber to their service you can not do it youself. You do have a couple other options.

1. Turn them over to a collection agency, the collection agency will then put a listing on their credit report. However, if they get the customer to collect they will also take a percentage of the money they collect.

2. File a suit against this person. If you get a judgement against them it will show up in the Public Records section of their credit report.

Call the credit bureaus and ask how you can become a subscriber.

If you are a "member" it should be easy. CAll them.
