The best appetite suppressant out there is water. Completely harmless lol. Oftentimes when your body signals the feeling that you're "hungry" you aren't really hungry. They've discovered that the signals for thirst and hunger and very alike and thirst is mistaken for hunger. Next time you think you're hungry, try drinking a glass of water and see if that doesn't help. If it does, then you knew it was thirst. Not only does it help suppress the appetite it helps you to make sure you're getting the daily recommended amount of water. =)

There is an OTC weight loss medication, Alli. I don't like it because of the side effects: fatty stool and sudden diarrhea. It is safe and it does work.
