No, because it wouldn't be healthy for you to be 90lb regardless of how you got there. Unless you are 4ft10 or under, you should not be 90lb.

As of now you are 16 pounds underweight. Your body mass index is only 15.6 when the minimum is 18.5 for healthy weight. This means you need to weigh atleast 114 pounds. This means you are starving your body and thus your body will start converting protein in body, like muscle for energy production. This obviously is not good for your body. Furthermore, you may be suffering from hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) which can lead to fainting episodes. I suggest that you slowly and healthily start gaining some weight back. Continue exercising but do not over exercise and eat atleast 1500-1800 calories per day. Malnutrition can lead to diseases like Kwashiorkor. You may end up with liver disfunction because of malnutrition. Also, eat balanced meal, eat enough carbs, but also eat some fats and proteins and includes generous servings of fruit and vegetables. Remember, at least 6 servings of carb (rice, wheat, bread, pasta, etc) is necessary per day.

90 - 98 lbs is what 6.5 to 7 stone? At 5'6 you are very underweight, depending on your body frame you should probably be at least 8.5 stone.
I'm afraid you will do your body irreversible damage and could prevent some of your vital organs functioning properly.
You will look and feel healther being a sensible weight. Ask a doctor what your ideal should be and aim for that. Don't put yourself at risk trying to be overly thin.

I don't know where you are from, but down south I don't know ANY man who would think that a 90lb woman is remotely attractive. Even if she was three inches shorter than you. Honey, please stop. Ask someone for help. I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs. It's really not THAT bad being "fat" (by your standards). It's actually not bad at all. I get hit on quite a bit and I'm married! I'm sure your not having much fun trying to get down to 90lbs. Right? Don't you miss food? People are going to judge you and laugh at you if you get any skinnier. I hate to be rude, but I speak the truth. It's better to hear it from me, a girl you will never meet, than the people around you.
My advice? Relax and live a little! There are children in this world who will wake up hungry tomorrow morning and thousands who will die because food is not available to them. Consider yourself lucky.

no it's not, never get on the scales again! get yourself a personal trainer, and see the benefits of regular exercise and good diet. Would you want to hit your target of 90lbs= 6st, but have no energy, bad breath, bad skin, and potential black out?
What's made you decide this particular weight is right for you, and would you consider having your body fat and measurements taken as a clearer indicator to where you should be at?

thats kind of nasty. the girls might be jealous of your weight, but they wont be of the attention you get from boys, which will be NONE! the more weight you lose, the more you lose your butt & your boobs. you will get like no attention from guys unless your super model gorgeous. 90 pounds is way to skinny, I don't believe that there is a healthy way for a person of your height to get there. I am 5'3 and 118 and I look ok, not to fat but not skinny enough to have curves and I am fine. could lose a few pounds though :) [trying to get down to 112]
you should not be worried about losing weight though!

90 lbs. is underweight for someone your height.. Also, it looks unhealthy.. I would stick to being 98lbs or even 110 lbs. would be better.... You might have an eating disorder you may want to speak to someone about unrealistic body expectations... Good luck and be well..

NO! Why would you ever want to be THAT skinny? Are you anorexic? If so I'd get some help. Basically, any way you do it it'll be unhealthy. At 5'6" and 98 lbs I'd already say you're underweight, which isn't terribly healthy...

That is way too skinny. I am 5'3", and my healthy weight starts around 120. Be proud of having curves that's what makes us women. It sets us apart from the men.
