I would like to study in Australia but my wife pregnant in the fourth month, I assume that all of my travel expenses which I have all the guarantees to cover my travel



My question is whether my wife can travel with me?

If she birth a child in Australia what is the legal position for him?

The child would be an American citizen assuming either you or your wife are citizens. You would get a birth certificate for a child born abroad.

Yes she can travel with you. I believe that the baby would be a citizen of Australia. Since the baby was born there. You may need to check with The Social Security Department.
