Do you really want your co-workers thinking you have a bladder or worse still bowel control problem, and why would you want to live in a toilet!
Now this is the interesting bit the bladder can only take so much and it will let go all over the place but on the other hand bowels just keep doing their thing no matter what. Bowels extract water and nutrients from the passing traffic so to speak. The slower moving the traffic the more water that gets extracted and the traffic gets harder, more solid and much more difficult to move. So you end up spending a lot of time in the toilet shoving enima's up dark places to get things moving.

Why on earth do want want to spend you life in a toilet shoving things up dark places?
Bet your co-workers are going to have some fun at your EXPENSE.

I'd say maybe you need to find a different job, one that you actually liked working at instead of being in the bathroom all day. Plus holding your bladder all weekend can cause bladder infections.
