The remote's channel buttons are a bit worn, but other than that it's fine

Since a Symphonic TV is right near the bottom of the quality list, and yours is 17 years old, it's not going to be worth a lot. Why don't you contribute it to an old folks home, or something similar.
If I was forced to answer how much, I'd say 25 bucks tops.

Seeing as the tv is 17 years old and it is a Symphonic brand, I would take an educated guess...nothing.

Not enough to bother trying to sell it. Brand new it was a bottom line throw away TV.

Not a thing. Electronics that old have zero resale value. Give it to some kid to play video games on.
