Generally, agnostics, hippies, discordians, buddhists, and unitarians don't judge others. Actually, I've even known a few christians who weren't judgemental, but that's generally reserved to the spiritual christians.
I don't know about your unitarian experience, but the ones out here are pretty chill. If you're asking this question to try to find a group of non-judgemental people, you might try another unitarian church or a hippie commune somewhere :)

Unitarian Universalists. Look 'em up. It's an organized religion with no real belief structure. The members are free to believe, or not believe, in whatever they want. It's a church that emphasizes spiritual growth and is there to guide you on whatever path you may be on. I go occasionally, which says a lot, because I'm mostly against organized religion. Last time I was there, I met several atheists and a Buddhist monk. They also embrace homosexuals and transsexuals. There were also two kegs of beer there for Oktoberfest, so that was cool, too. Beer at church. Imagine that.
Edit: Aww, I'm sorry your experience was different than mine. I always have a great time and wonderful discussion, and have never gotten the impression that anybody was judging or insulting anybody. But I have only been there a few times, and the congregation is relatively small. And new, at least here in the dirty south.

No, it's human nature to identify with a group. Disparaging the members of other groups is a natural way to bolster one's ego, whether the groups in question are sports teams, churches, or nations. While many religions preach tolerance, their members are only human and some of them are going to dis the competition.

The LDS church members shouldn't.
11 We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own cconscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.
But you are asking about individual members. Then the answer is definitely no. There are bad apples in every bunch.

Because atheists aren't an organized group, I suppose we're excluded from consideration and that's just as it should be since I really don't see any purpose in failing to point out the unreasoned and often idiotic beliefs that some people are willing to adhere to against all that logic suggests is wildly inaccurate and foolhardy.

i can't think of any. every group i've tried to be in wants to think they are special and therefore put down people who aren't one of them. i think it's human nature. not every person in every group is like that, just those that are insecure or hurting and needing to belong.
(even UUs. i left that chuch because there was a lot of intolerance towards conservatives and i found that annoying and self-righteous, even though i am not conservative)

There are many and some answerers have given you great examples of them. I would like to add to the above listings the following: Neopaganism, Paganism, and Wicca.

Only people insult. Groups are abstract entities. Buddhists are pretty well mannered, but I can find you a jerk or two if need be. Same with Jains. They don't even want to harm ants.

There is not one. Within my practice we are called to be mindful of our speech and action. But even harder is to be mindful of our thoughts. Even if we are pure in speech and action our thoughts may still discriminate. How can we stop a thought from every forming?
