Jesus, because he always seemed to have such a good time at parties. I would serve chocolate cake for dessert, and I assume we'd take all the leftovers to feed the hungry, but that's ok with me.

I'd want to spend dinner talking with the Buddha. The meal would consist of Indian food with some tofu thrown in because I love tofu.
Meeting Mohammed would be interesting, too, but since I'm a woman not related to him, I don't know if he'd eat a meal with me. I'd be comfortable wearing a hijab in his presence, though. The meal would consist of Middle Eastern food.

I would choose Jesus only, the one who died on the cross for my sins! HALLELUJIA!
I would not mind if it was only bread and wine. I would love for Him to break bread and hand me the cup, and telling me to do the same thing He told His disciples: Do this in memorance of me. He would pray to our Father, blessing the bread and cup before we partake of them.
Fish would be a nice bonus. Whatever kind Jesus ate with the disciples and people in the biblical days.

Neither. I would rather invite Obama and Hillary to dinner. They have something more "down to earth" to offer.
