Not when you meet for the first time.
Not when you first call her for a date.
Not during dinner.
The likelihood is that she will realize once you prematurely ejaculate, which should be about five minutes into the first meeting. However, since it's YOU, Holy Smoked, I imagine she'll realize without you needing to tell or even see her up close as the hugeness of your member should be recognizable from the Space Station.
