Two..Ki-ev...Emphasis should be on the first syllable in Russian but some English speakers (wrongly) put it on the second.

It's not considered to have, it has 2 syllables, even in Russian, Key -eff.

the way I learned to count syllables is to put your hand under your chin and say the word. The number of times the chin hits your hand, is the number of syllables.

If you read it in russian, ukrainian - yes - it has 2
Not so sure for latin spelling, but i'd be prone to say -2
syllables too
