High protein diets.Kind of like atkins.I lost 9 lbs the first week.Go to your local bookstore and read a atkins book see if it is for you . What is so great on this plan you do not have to starve yourself ever! There is no limit on how much you can eat only of what you can eat. You can eat all meat,s , fish , poultry , cheese and greens as much as you want you snack on nut,s all day if you want , eat lot,s of salad and vegetable.You can byu carbfree and sugar free Icecream and it is awesome you can not tell the difference at all.The point is you are restricted when it comes to carbs and sugar you can eat whenever you are hungry.Ther is also a great webside thta has many foods to choose from , but do it the healthy way don,t eat bacon because you can( once in a while is o.k.)and start excercising a 10 min powerwalk a day can make a huge differnce. Trust me I have done it .I lost the weight and kept 80% of for good ( when I started to eat normal again) Good Luck for whatever you decide . Nic

#1. Start measurng your food and eating smaller meals throughout the day. Eat foods high in fiber and protein.
Sample daily meals: example 8am 1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, protein shake, 11am 6 egg whites and broccoli, 1pm 6 oz tuna, sweet potato, string beans, 4pm protein shake, strawberries, 7pm 60z lean chicken breast or fish w/ veggies. This is just an example.
Basically, avoid sugar at all costs for the first 2 months or so and eat a lean protein and veggie at every meal.
#2 Don't eat carbs before you sleep. You don't need energy to sleep. If you are hungry, have a protein shake.
#3 Start an exercise program. At least 1 hr cardio per day along with a weight training routine. Work out hard! At first, it will be really tough, but you will learn to love it once you start seeing results.
#4 Don't give up.

Anyone who skips a meal will pig-out at the next. This is why we are also told not to shop when hungry - we will buy anything to relieve the hunger.
Best way to lose weight is slowly - so the skin has time to shrink appropriately. Eat healthy, just reduce portions - and exercise! Less food and exercise = healthy way to lose weight.
Eat whole grain cereal for breakfast, grain bread with lunch, be on the lookout for fat content, beware of trans fats. Trade a healthy salad for that doughnut. I have read that no one should eat less than 1500 calories per day without a doctor's supervision - but that's 1500 healthy calories. Not a glass of water and a hot fudge sundae.
I'm not saying it's fun -- it stinks -- but you have to eat to live, not live to eat.

Hi I weighed alot i started to diet and now im 130 lbs hard it was. I basically ate 3 meals a day with snacks. I tried to eat no outfood not even subway. I kept it real and did not deprive or splurge. It is hard but I did it. I thought I would want the bariatric proc. But all on my own i did it. I have lost over half my weight and I toned up during the weight loss proc so it didnt hang . I think I look great. The hardest thing is to commit to it.

I know you really dont wanna hear this but there is no crazy diet or magic potion to loose weight fast although to loose 2 pounds of actual fat a week, you will need to eat betwenn 1200-1400 calories, varying your diet- but make sure you reward yourself with a small treat everyday.
To reduce cravings and hunger, it is best to eat little and often as this also increases the metabolism- higher metabolism= more fat burned!
It is important to do 10-20 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week, this also boosts the metabolism and makes you fitter and thinner quicker!

One easy way to loose weight is by jogging every twice or three times in a week. Isuggest u go jogging for about 10 or 20 minutes and within a month u wil have lost quite a weight trust me.

Make a schedule. Have one day to relax each week. And make sure to balance your meals everyday. I don't mean counting the calories and carbs for everything you eat. I just mean keep the food guide in mind. Tape it to the fridge. Buy your dream pants or shirt that well fit you ahead of time to motivate your self. Join a sports team. Take a jog every 4 hours. Don't start too big or you well exhaust yourself.
