ok i like this guy
and im pretty sure he likes me too,
once he asked me if i wanted to go out with him and i said...
no only because i didnt want to drink
now i REALLY want to go out because it will be a time where just me and him can chat,(even though his mates will be there)
problem is that he never asks me anymore.
this friday we dont go to school because the teachers have some special day,
ill probably do nothing all day so i really want to go out with him, thing is i just dont have confidence to invite myself out with him,
what should i do?

ask him whats his plans for friday ....
if he said something that you could possibely join then ask him if u could join
if he said nothing the go to his house ..

First of all, good for you that you said no. You are more mature above your age. I would never go with a guy and do something like drink just to make him happy. Trust me, he is not the type of guy that is right for someone as good as you. If he doesnt talk to you anymore because you said no once to go drinking, then he is not mature enough. Save yourself for a better guy, you are worth it.

Be brave and take the chance. Say something like, "You haven't asked me to go along with you lately, Are you mad at me?" "The last time you asked me, I didn't want to go drinking, but I would like to go somewhere else"
If you give him the opportunity to go out with you, and he turns you down, you can get a feel if he isn't interested or just not this time.

hey im in a similar position with a girl, only i get really nervous when we are together...
anyways, im guessing u dont really have the nerve to ask him face to face.. so why not text him or speak online to him...
say something like... hey, what are you doing on friday... if he is doing nothing maybe invite him to come round yours or go for a coffee, or whatever you both enjoy

Call him up OR when you see him just ask him what he's doing on Friday and if he says he's hanging out with freinds ask him where? He may just come out & ask what your doing. tell him your not busy at the moment. That would be your chance.
If he says he has no plans yet ask him to hang out somewhere.

Just call him up and see if he has any plans for Friday. Tell him your not busy and you were wondering if he was going out anywhere. If he says no st least he knows you are more interested now.

Ask him to reconsider his offer
Ask him if he is free on friday. I am sure he will say he is busy, so ask him if he could accompany you somewhere or help you buy something or whatever

Simple. Just tell him how you feel and ask him if he would like to do something that day, if you don't have the courage to tell him how you feel then just ask him if he would like to do something or go out that day.
