I know these 2 questions are stupid but I really stuck here and can not move on...............

Renal failure can cause LIPID disturbances which can be a significant risk factor for cardiovascular complications. Hypertriglyceridemia is the major lipid
abnormality in the course of chronic renal failure and increased cholesterol level is also common. A lipid droplet in ailing glumeruli could possibly lead to other complications.

That's right, lipids are not normally found in urine.
