Well, a rape is a theft, in the Qur'an the punishment for a person who done theft is the following:
"As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power. But if the thief repents after his crime, and amends his conduct, Allah turneth to him in forgiveness; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful." Al-Maidah ayat 38-39
As for the victim of theft/rape.
I don't recall any sort of punishment for victim of theft in the Qur'an.
However the Hadits contained lots of events of that featured non-Qur'anic laws being done by people who don't observe the Qur'an, these occur where Muhammad was asked as a fair third party observer and give a fair judgement on the matter. He observed and then deliver the judgement that he saw was fair, he didn't use any Qur'anic law if the people involve aren't following the Qur'an, he instead used their own laws.
The fulfillment of these non-Qur'anic laws might have mistaken some people into thinking that these are Qur'anic laws.
As for what should be done in case of a rape according the Book of Deuteronomy.
"But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die. Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbor, for the man found the girl out in the country, and though the betrothed girl screamed, there was no one to rescue her." Deuteronomy 22:25-27
"If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives." Deuteronomy 22:28-29

Iran recently hung a 16 year old girl for the crime of having an affair with a taxi cab driver who was over 50 years old.
This girl started seducing this taxi cab driver when she was only 13 years old.
She was given 100 lashes to punish her before they hung her.
The taxi cab driver was portrayed as the victim to the courts in Iran.
I saw this documented on The History Channel.

For those who say this isn't Islamic -- why does it only happen in ISLAMIC countries? This young girl is going to be painfully aware that this is Islam and Islam alone that is responsible for her torture.
It is so hypocritical to let the men go off unpunished.
Incredible that anyone could excuse it for any reason.
If it's not Islamic -- where is the large-scale public outcry from Muslims that this punishment should be overturned and the Islamic judges thrown into jail for their insanity?

No, in Islam the punishment for a person who rape a women or girl is death sentence..and the victim is a victim in Islam or Europe... in Egypt a gang kidnapped a girl while she was in a car with her faience ....the police arrested them and they were hanged....you can find many bad things about Islam if you search the net but it isn't true...just some uneducated Muslims gives bad image about Islam ..Islam it self is perfect but people with their narrow minded just spoils it

I think it should be given to the rapists to the victim. did you know the Jews or Romans only gave Paul 40 lashes -1 so 39 lashes yet Islam gives twice that to an Innocent girl. on the grounds I think that she invited the rape ??

No, they feel 200 is necessary for "being with non-related males" who were gang-raping her!
Ahmad, Christianity doesn't make porn films, the secular, pop-culture does.
