It all depends on how they feel.
everyone is automatically puting the man at blame. The girl could be madly in love with him. Age is alot like colour, it keeps many people from being together. If they love eachother, I say leave them be.

15 yrs old girl = jailbait to a 40 yrs old man
Now if she were 21 that's different she's legal and considered an adult. A 15 yr old to me is still a child and the 40 yr old should know better.
And I'm probably the last person to even say this because my bf is 46 and I'm 27 we met when I was 22 and he was 41, we've been together for 5 yrs and expecting our first baby in March. But I was at least an adult and my parents accept the age difference because of me being 22. If I had been 15 he would've been arrested or worse.

I think that is sick & disgusting!!! If I were the parents of the 15 year old girl the 40 year old man would have his butt in jail so fast his head would spin unless of course I got my hands on the man first. I know many parents feel this way. Trust me if it were my daughter you had better wish the cops get you first!!!

It's not acceptable in our society. We have made that type of relationship illegal and punishable by prison sentence. Even if it was legal, it's not a good idea for a healthy relationship. The two people are at completely different levels of maturity.

can someone please call someone, anyone to get this guy help. there's a serious problem when someone that old is attracted to someone so much younger than them. oh and on top of that, IT'S A CRIME. my advice would be, that if you don't want to end up in jail is to not think about this girl, don't talk to/about this girl, don't go to see this girl in anyway. just tell yourself NO NO NO and find someone for your self that is a more suitable age (you know, try over the age of 30)
