Biblical submission to men isn't a bad thing. Its hot... You know there is nothing like knowing the man is in charge. You feel safe and taken care of. You do your part by taking care of him and keeping him happy. In return he will take care of you and keep you happy. Its balanced. I for one agree with it. My mother was this way and heck she still is...and they are happy. My parents never fight. Sure they are older now but from what I recall growing up they always had a united front.

First, I don't think ALL women feel this way, personally I try to adhere to my husband being the head, but there are many men out there who won't step up to the plate so women have had to either assume that role or allow their home to suffer. Second there are just as many men out there that skip over the part that the woman is a "helpmate" and "equal" in the marriage. Men should also be the spiritual head of the household, but many men also fall short here.

There is much that can be said here, but in the short, Pray Twice made it.
When you go to make a point, though you be correct, if the way you say it, or the tone used is "in your face" or offensive, you will not meet with anything but resistance from the people you are trying to reach.
Realize also that unless the person is a believer, it would be useless to try to get them to live according to the word, which thing they don't care about anyway.

I submit only to God. My husband and I are equal in our relationship, just as God made us, to be one with another. There is no reason for submission to men if both parties come equally into the relationship and dont think one is better then the other.
Isnt it a bit arrogant of you to think women should bow down to your every whim?

Because we are equal to men. In Biblical times, the people were uneducated and didn't know better. People in today's society feel that inequality and "submission" to a man is misogynistic and ignorant. There is not a place in society for such inequalities. Today's world, in case you haven't noticed, is NOT ran by Biblical standards. This is the 21st century, not the Dark Ages. Get used to it.
btw, not everybody is Christian.
