Race was boring but I was excited that my race car driver has won back to back championships.

Yawn. Aside from the previous ignorant comment about NASCAR fans, you had to be pretty hard-core to watch this race.

There really wasn't any drama; the season had been determined weeks ago when Hendrick Racing began running away with the title.

I admit being a Gordon fan, but I am tired of the "Race for the Chase" screwing the guy who leads the points at the end of the "regular" season. This makes 2 times that Gordon has been robbed by this stupid formula that was supposed to increase viewership, but hasn't delivered.

Nascar needs to quit screwing around with the formula that made it as huge as it is today and go back to a regular race schedule without a "chase."

Maybe next year, now that he's with a capable and competent team, Junior will win a few races and maybe contend for the title. If you think Hendrick has dominated so far, just wait till next year!

I liked that Matt won the thing on Robbie's last day, hated that Jr got outed again I swear something is amiss at TEI, glad he's moving where he can do better, was really tired of all the coverage being on 2 guys not in the front or the back or any of the other 41 guys out there...that gets old fast...hated the coverage, but liked hwat was seen of actual racing. Overall I give it a C

I thought the Busch race was more exciting then the Nextel race. But I'm glad Jimmie won the Nextel cup, he deserves it. That was so cool in Busch race that Burton won the last race and Carl got the Busch cup. The last two races were great. I still wish I was at the Nextel race, that would be cool.

No drama. You knew who was gonna win. I like Johnson & Gordon, what I don't like is the whole chase format. Before points were reset, Jeff is up by 400+ points & Jimmie is in 5th or 6th, after 26th race Jimmie goes from being behind 400+ points to 1st palce by 20 points. NASCAR needs to get rid of chase or revamp it some. The drivers who have won the titles since the chase started, would anyone one of them won it without the points being reset? I think Stewart still would have won his. Thoughts on chase format?

I will admit it wasn't the most exciting race, that I've ever watched. We did go back and forth between several football games..Congrats to Jimmie...2007 is over..Lets move on to 2008, and hope for a more competitive season...I'm ready for Speedweeks now in Daytona..

Go Dale Jr & Hms in 2008.

I think it started too late. It seemed like the Ford 1000 instead of the Ford 400 to me. However, it was a good race. Homestead is pretty good now that they've reconfigured the banking.

I enjoyed it. To bad Junior hit the wall so early. I loved the end when Kenesth won the race & Johnson won the championship....when they both lined up noses to the wall & did the double burn-outs.......it was way cool!
