Hi.i use thermal fax machine which does not nee ink toner/catrig but recently it produces very faint print-out for ymincoming fax, sometimes even blank sheet.anyone know how to rectify this problem. if i fax out, wil the other party receiving blank document too?it's been a rather old machine though..tks!

I think that your outgoing FAX's would be independant from the printing of incoming ones - they are probably still working.

Either the print head has stopped working (the heating element part that turns the paper black) or the paper could be in upside down. Usually the thermal coating is only on one side and if the paper is flipped over it might be really light printing (as only some of the heat can get through the paper).

It may be time for a new one?

It is just a dry capacitor on the 24V power supply.
Your fax out will be just right!!!
