That is a sticky situation. It is not wise to date a co-worker becuz of the potential damage you could do to your work environment. There could be tension if it does not work out. What if it ends badly. There will be grudges and either one of you may start retributing. This could end in someone being fired, quitting, or something else. And if it did work out and you guys decided to get frisky at work, it could still end in someone being fired, disiplined, or other things. I think that it is not a good idea, but the force of lust can be deep so you may have to go for it. In the end, do what you want becuz you only have one chance. You know and you want to be happy. WHo knows it could make your life hell and it could not. Is it a risk you are willing to take????

Even though you have these feelings it is best to keep it out of the workplace. Even though you are in management above her it still can cause conflicts down the road. I know it's tough but trust me I just went through this myself, you have to have self control.

Try asking her if she would like to recieve advancement or a pay raise. If she says yes... then let her know what she will have to do in order to get that raise or advancement (wink wink)
