At any rate, is it possible for something physical such as the mind to know or sense anything of the spirit?
Is your spirit the only thing that can connect with other spirits?
Is it possible to train your mind to be at one with your spirit in order to conceive of spiritual things with your mind?

Our Spirit speaks to our mind, but we need to train our mind to hear the voice of the spirit. A couple of hints would be that the voice of the spirit will be the least selfish. It will also be the quietest voice. It will not always tell you what sounds logical. It will even sometimes contradict your theology. It sometimes will tell us to give extra information, but it will sometimes tell us to withhold information. It does not always tell us the whole story. Sometimes it only tells us the first step, and won't tell us the next step until we have taken the first one. Revelation might change if the situation changes.

Your mind and spirit are one anyway all part of the same entity YOU! and yes everyones mind and spirit knows God even our atheist friends although not willing to admit it belive down in their hearts that there is something lilke a God out there. as for the spiritual things being sensed with the mind the mind is where the spirit , soul , and body connect, a psychic has the abiblty to utilize all parts or at least the latter two, hence the name psyche=soul, ic=like soul like , Psychic. God is the one who opens the doors for the first two to connect with the last.

Oh, I don't know. I feel I know God with my mind, heart and spirit. Initially, I may have connected to God through my spirit, but over time, the heart senses and feels God, and eventually the mind knows God as well. I think we connect with God completely on all levels and through all our senses. That's what having a personal relationship with God means.

"Diagnose" is the wrong term, "form an opinion of" would be more accurate, and yes, it is possible to form an opinion based on anything, even total fabrications, if one so chooses, people do it all the time. Whether those opinions were in any way related to the facts insofar as the could be determined and demonstrated would be a separate issue, and such a determination and demonstration could not be done with no resources beyond what's available on this forum.

I think spirituality can absolutely be recognized by our minds. People communicate through the mind and the spirit.

My spirit wants to stay put and the only times it wants to associate with another spirit is when I take the lid off the whiskey bottle.

you can train your mind to perceive this or that.....every person has a spirit whether it be good or bad......that does not entitle you to know spiritual things unless God spirit abide within you......and if you don't have his spirit then you know not the things of God....spiritually speaking....

But I don't know! It would seem that it would be difficult to not know what you knew spiritually, how does someone do that?!
