Of course its legal..there is no legality on kids sharing rooms...UNLESS there was a court order telling him to have seperate bedrooms for them

It is not legal. I am on belmont,they are all about rules and after age 6 children of different sex have to be in different rooms, this is a statewide law, and if you do not have the bedrooms set up that way you loose your assistance.

legal? they are siblings, some kids have to share a room their whole life cause the house they live in isnt big enough for everyone to have a room of their own. there is no law anywhere that i know of that says parents have to have a seperate room for siblings. why would you be concerned about it anyways.....they are brother and sister

haha yes it's legal. I had to share rooms with my sister and half brother until I was 16.

it isnt illeagal but if you have a child over 5 and a child of the opposite sex,you are entitaled to have a house with another bedroom in it(in the uk anyway).but seeing as they are only visiting their dad and not there permenantly it doesnt matter

whats wrong with a 4 year old a 7 year old sharing room nothing. . . . . why would there be anything wrong with that they are siblings

There's no reason for it to not be legal. Just be happy that they have a roof over their heads when they visit there dad.
