It could be vacuuming the floors three times per day, calling to check on your kids every half hour, or any number of things.

lol Riegan - I am the same way. The few times I have forgotten to wear my watch, I suffered severe anxiety the whole day. I also kept repeatedly looking down at a naked wrist for the time! haha

Shouting at people that park on my driveway! There's a music school across the street and there's ALWAYS buggers that can't read and park in front of my door despite the traffic sign, red and white poles, a notice AND a chain across the driveway.
When I see them, a red cloth falls over my eyes and I go maaaaaaad!!!

I can't stand people putting things on my desk at home. I always clear anything they put on off, and put them somewhere else within arm's reach - papers, clothes, food: all these things end up in strange places because I'm obsessed about keeping the desk clear.

Also, I polish my black Fender Telecaster every time I play it. I can't stand to see any streak marks on it at all. There's a dozen other things too - I'm neurotic by nature. :)

I'm overerly compulsive about where I park & what I park next to. I try to find a space iscolated away from other vehicals ... specifically away from trucks, suv's, hummer ... basically anything that looks like it has a flat smelly butt ... further, if a smelly butt vehical parks next to mine when after I've parked (doesn't matter if I'm 10 feet -100 feet away), I feel compelled to move my car to a more secure location.

lol - all my friends know the answer to this one - TIME!

they actually take my watch off of my arm when we're together!
if they don't, i check it constantly. i'm always on time because i have everything timed to the exact minute!

i'm actually getting better, i often leave my watch at home so i don't bother people with my compulsiveness

otherwise i'm very easy going. i'm not a neat freak or a workaholic or anything like that. i just obsess about time. i think it's because i was always told growing up that time is money, so i put high value on my time

I check my cell phone a zillion times per day to see if I have any new text messages. I don't know why. It would obviously ring or vibrate if anything new came. Yet, I still check it. hehe :o)

I compulsively look in mirrors. It's not a vanity thing, I just can't help but glance in a mirror when I pass it. I don't look at myself, more everything else reflected in the mirror. I know, it makes no sense.
