I am not able to have Velveeta cheese, does anyone know how to replicate it in a regular kitchen? Thanks for your help.

I do not think you can..
The process of the cheese forming is done in an industrial plant and under pressure I think

check the Discovery dot com How did they do that..

It is not fair that people denagrate Velveeta.. It is the only cheese aimed at a specific market , and has been arround longer than most who put it down ... Sad..

It can't be replicated because it isn't real cheese. It falls under the category of 'processed cheese food'. There is no actual cheese in it, just different preservatives, artificial colorings and flavorings, salt, dairy solids and fat.

I don't consider Velveeta cheese.....read the ingredients on the box and you'll see why lol.

If you could, which you can't, you couldn't call it Velveeta, because that's a registered trade mark.

Yes, but you would need a laboratory!!!

Its not really food!! A combo of chemicals and food like substances.......get over it! Eat real cheese!
