["May the Supreme Lord who is known as the son of Srimati Saci-devi be transcendentally situated in the innermost chambers of your heart. Resplendent with the radiance of molten gold, He has appeared in the Age of Kali by His causeless mercy to bestow what no incarnation has ever offered before: the most sublime and radiant mellow of devotional service, the mellow of conjugal love." (Sri Caitanya Caritamrta, Adi-lila 1.4)]

Dare I say self-worship, in that my ego has overridden everything else, quite grippingly, I might add. I'm hoping to change from this "religion" of self-cherishing, but it is a long process, one in which I have been deeply involved for some time now. Dropping the ego is my daily ritual in the Church of Me at this time. I hope to join the Church of the Absolute once I have completely dissolved the hideous ego. I am Sirius

Whats unique about my religion is that you don't actually need to follow it to be in it.My religion isn't a religion, its a culture,a way toward salvation,a way of life.
Anyone who believes in god follows my religion one way or another.

Hinduism : It is full of unique things some of which are
=> hinduism does not condemn non-hindus ( including atheists ) to hell
=> Hinduism allows full liberty in analysing and contradicting its scriptures
=> There is no concept of Blasphemy in hinduism
=> Hinduism can explain the truth of other religions, through its own philsophy, as all faiths/religions in the world are sub-sets of hinduism for example
Christianity follows Bhakti yoga of hinduism
islam follows a distorted version of Karma yoga
buddhism is nothing but purely Sankhya philosophy
witches, shaman and such others... are distorted versions of Tantra
Even Atheists have a place in Hinduism as Kapin Muni categorically denied presence of a personal god, or hell or heavens

I'm a Christian but I don't consider Christianity a religion; it's more of a lifestyle.
The unique thing about is that God sent Christ to save us so that we don't have to work or do "good works" to get into Heaven.

Christianity, in its pure form is unique in many ways.
1) Jesus claimed to be the Son of God.
2) God claimed Jesus to be His Son.
3) Jesus proved His claims by working of miracles.
4) God became flesh and dwelt among men.
5) God (Jesus) allowed Himself to be killed by His own creation.
6) Jesus, thru His death, paid the debt for all man's sin.
7) Jesus rose from the dead, again to demonstrate His power, even over death.
8) There is nothing that we can do to pay for our own sin, we must rely upon what Jesus did.
I could go on... but this should give you an idea of how unique Christianity is.

freedom to do what ever you want,
but be in the direction which leads you to know about the ultimate truth and reality..
No authority, no need for even the scriptures...
It all about u and the ultimate reality and truth(brahman)
this is something unique,,,,
it wants people to think and keep thinking until i get a solution...
rather than saying follow this and follow that else u will be doomed...
