Not sure about spoilage, but I suggest eating boiled eggs within 3 to 4 days for optimal freshness.

The health department does not recommend consuming food that is older than 7 days. However, this depends on the temperature of the food. If the eggs are held at a temp of 41 F., they'll last 7 days. If held at 45 F., they'll last 3 days. If held at a temp above 45 F., they should be discarded. Mountain, those were processed eggs you used in the restaurant that were delivered in a brine (brines preserve food), not water. Completely different. Read the ingredient label on the eggs.
