Sawyer, did you just use human logic and reason to conclude that God cannot be comprehended logically or reasonably?

God is above human logic and reasoning (being omniscient) but humans aren't. And logic and reasoning are not the only tools that convert people to God - faith and spiritual revelation are well known to do that as well.

i am of the opinion that man can rightly and logically come to the grasp of immutable truth to include the existence of God.

I am also able to see that one could learn a lot by synthesis study of the god you have determined exists

i am not so disposed to believe that you can know more than a general truth of the character and nature of the god you adduce exists based on what you examine.

the problem that some have, is that while you can show the existence of god, someone else is free to dismiss your evidence with the stroke of a pen or the wave of a hand.

a person of integrity would need to carefully examine the evidence and produce a result of that study based on the whole of the evidence we have.

the idea that a human can just say there is no god is the highest form of ignorance one can express. a person must be all places to know that as well as have all knowledge to say that with certainty. in brief, that person has to have the attributes of god to know that there is no god.

so, to answer your question, for some, yes, it is above and beyond their ability to reason logically for any point, let alone the existence of a god who can't be put in a crucible for testing.

Saying god is above logic is just the Christian's attempt to justify the fact that God belief is irrational.

for particular, you're surprising right here..... that theists can't coach any god exists, And atheism has lengthy proclaimed there is no longer any assistance. Using logic and reason to test the validity of God's existence IS possible. The data collected when attempting to support the reality of "God" amounts to "nil" and when a nil value for the existence of something is achieved then the something itself fails to exist.

It is only by willfully denying the obvious lack of evidence for "God" that one can say he is when, in fact, he isn't, and such a denial is shameful.

God is not above human abilities.... God simply fails to exist.

No. Not really.
If I argue for the existence of a unicorn I don't see why I can't 'logically' argue for the existence of a god. Just because humans decided that gods were all-powerful doesn't mean they are put it in a different standard as anything else.

Another case of God apologists wanting it both ways: making God impossible to comprehend, and in the same breath, attempting to interpreting God's words and actions.

Psalm 68
A David Psalm
1-4 Up with God! Down with his enemies!
Adversaries, run for the hills!
Gone like a puff of smoke,
like a blob of wax in the fire—
one look at God and the wicked vanish.
When the righteous see God in action
they'll laugh, they'll sing,
they'll laugh and sing for joy.
Sing hymns to God;
all heaven, sing out;
clear the way for the coming of Cloud-Rider.
Enjoy God,
cheer when you see him!

Man & the brain are both finite.
G-d is infinite.
A finite thing cannot comprehand an infinite concept.
So; yes.
EDIT...
To answer your question; yes, I did. However, for my own personal faith, G-d has proven Himself to me time & again. My faith has proven His existence.
