I was given this male, short haired domestic cat and was told he had been "fixed" well he starting "kneading" on my leg,stomach ect for a long time then I realized he was aroused and there were wet spots on my clothes,when I tried to pick him up he yowel's at me and growels plus he started spraying. I got him neutered 3 days ago and last night he started the same thing again. Will he stop doing this after a few days? If not what can I do to get him to stop molesting me whenever I sit down and keep him from making my house smell terrible? Any help is appreciated!!!!! Thanks. Lisa

It can take 30 days for the hormones to decrease. Neutering is not totally effective right away. Males can ever father kittens for a while after neutering.
Hope he gets better soon, but some behaviors persist.

hormones in body still for 6 more weeks,then should be ok
